At Olivia & Grace, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
